How do I place a domestic or international phone call?

Dialing from Registered Phone Number(s) - Pinless Dialing:

Dial 5500
The system will automatically recognize your phone number - There is no PIN required!
After balance prompt, enter phone number of your destination. Example: +2341xxxxxxx

    For International calls enter + phone number of your destination. Example: +4478xxxx
    To make another call, do not hang up; press the ** key (#)

No. You receive discounted rates when placing international calls using DVC’NG.
How can I use speed dial to make things easy?
You can always save the DVC’NG Access Number in your speed dial and enter your international number at the tone. Even better, save the Access Number followed by the pause button and then program + your international number, for one touch dialing.
Will I ever get a busy signal when I call the DVC’NG Access Number?
No, you will not get a busy signal when you call the DVC’NG Access Number. We have a state-of-the-art digital switching system that will recognize your phone and automatically gives you a dial tone whenever you call.
Do I need to dial a PIN number to place a call?
No, with DVC’NG there are no PINS and no hassles in placing a call. When you dial the DVC’NG access number our system recognizes that you are a registered customer and automatically provides access.
What should I do if I have any questions or difficulties placing a call?

Can I use the DVC’NG Service from a prepaid phone?
Yes. You can use DVC’NG from any phone or carrier from within the Nigeria.
What is the monthly fee?
There is no semi-monthly maintenance fee unless stated on product description.
Are the rates the same 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?
Yes, you get the same low rates no matter when you call.
Are there minimum usage requirements to get these rates?
No. DVC’NG offers the lowest rates regardless of your usage level.
Why do some countries have a higher rate to call a mobile phone within that country?
In some countries mobile users do not pay to receive a call on their mobile phone. This is known as calling party pays. Mobile carriers therefore charge more to the calling party to connect the call.
Can I get the same rates calling from my home phone?
Yes, with DVC’NG you dial the access number and then enter a 13 digit pin number. You can enjoy the same low international calling rates from your home phone.
Is there a connection fee for every call?
No, DVC’NG does not have any connection fees associated with this product.
How much communication fee will I be charged?
DVC’NG applies up to 17% charge, unless otherwise stated, on each call for all applicable communication fees and government charges.
How do I sign up?

Does DVC’NG work with all Mobile Carriers?
Yes. Simply buy the card and start making your calls.
What do I do if I have a question or problem with the way I have been charged?

Can I cancel Service at any time?
Yes, you can cancel anytime without a penalty. Simply stop using the product and we will never charge you anything more.
Can I use DVC’NG from anywhere in Nigeria?
You can use DVC’NG anytime and anyplace you are able to connect with the DVC’NG Access Number.
Can I use DVC’NG from any phone I want?
You can use DVC’NG from any phone. If you have registered your phone with us you can dial the access number and place your call. If you have not registered your number dial the access number, enter your pin number, and place your call.
Can I use DVC’NG to call any country in the world?
DVC’NG offers Service to call over 200 countries around the world.
